How SIMON thinks ahead.

SIMON prepares, spots anomalies and suggests the next step. Your people decide and approve. A colleague who thinks ahead, not software that patronizes.

In short

  • Hints at the right time
  • Suggestions with a reason
  • Nothing without approval

From hint to decision

Every function that thinks ahead follows the same four steps.

Step 1

Spot

SIMON evaluates what is already there: appointments, customer file, readings, retailer data, results at the door.

Step 2

Suggest

This becomes a hint or suggestion, always with the reason it is based on.

Step 3

Approve

Your people decide. Nothing is sent, ordered or promised without approval.

Step 4

Record

The result flows into the report, customer file and analytics, without follow-up work.

Smartphone mit CarPlay im Auto

The briefing arrives before you get out of the car.

In the car, SIMON reads out what matters for the next appointment, via CarPlay and voice.

Examples from everyday work

Views from the prototypes, with fictitious data. Click to enlarge.

01

Briefing in the car

Before the visit, SIMON reads the briefing aloud: contact person, open points, goal. Via CarPlay and voice, without looking at the display.

02

Flagged by retailer data

If retailer data shows no sales, SIMON suggests the item for a quick check. One tap is enough: there or empty.

03

Tariff recommendation at the door

After three questions the recommendation is ready, with a price comparison to the current provider. Before signing, SIMON checks that everything is complete.

04

Finding from readings

SIMON compares the readings with the last maintenance, highlights anomalies and suggests a finding, with the values it is based on.

Available today

In use or in pilot, depending on the type of work.

In development

We are working on this. We agree the order with pilot customers.

In development

Re-plan the route

If an appointment is cancelled, SIMON suggests a customer nearby who is due, including the appointment notice.

In development

Follow-up

Commitments made during visits turn into follow-ups and reply drafts in the inbox.

In development

Pre-filled cart

A suggestion from sales history, running promotion and target agreement that field staff adjust during the conversation.

In development

Pre-sort the inbox

Order matters by urgency and suggest replies.

In development

Execution risk in retail

Schedule the stores first where a measure is most likely to fail according to the data.

In development

Shelf check from a photo

Comparison with the planogram using image recognition.

In development

Predictive maintenance

Suggest a job from the trend of readings before the fault occurs.

In development

Weekly review for management

Where areas are falling short and which support would make sense.

Trust and control

What matters to IT, data protection and the works council.

Nothing without approval

SIMON does not send, order or promise anything without a person approving it.

Traceable

Every suggestion shows what it is based on.

Your data stays with you

The data stays in your systems or the chosen operating environment.

Operated in Germany

SIMON and its speech recognition run on our own servers in Germany. Your data is not used to train AI models.

No individual evaluation

No evaluation of individual employees. Metrics only per area or team.

Offline, too

Hints from local data work without a network. Voice-based functions need a connection.

Questions about thinking ahead and AI

Does SIMON use artificial intelligence?

Yes, where it helps in everyday work: for hints, briefings and suggestions, for example on the order, the tariff choice or the finding. SIMON prepares, your people decide.

Who decides what happens?

Always a person. SIMON does not send, order or promise anything without approval. Every suggestion shows what it is based on.

Is our data used for training?

No. Your data is not used to train AI models. SIMON runs on our own servers in Germany, as does speech recognition; audio data is not passed on to third parties. On-premise, the data stays in your infrastructure.

What does the works council say?

SIMON does not evaluate individual employees; metrics are only available per area or team. This makes alignment with the works council easier. We provide a template for the works agreement.

Do the hints work offline?

Hints from data on the device do. Voice-based functions need a connection.
