Five seconds per door: why logging in door-to-door sales has to be fast
What happens between two doorbells determines data quality in the rollout area.

In door-to-door sales, data quality is decided between two doorbells. Anyone who has to type for half a minute per door will eventually stop typing. Then exactly the information needed for revisits, area quota and quality assurance is missing.
Five results instead of free text
The same things happen at the door again and again: nobody home, not interested, please come back later, information left, or a conversation that leads to a contract. SIMON maps exactly these five results. One tap is enough, the next door is already lined up.
What comes of it
- Revisit appointments land in the daily plan automatically
- The area quota shows at any time how many contracts are still needed for the rollout
- Order review sees queries with a reason instead of free-text notes
Fast logging is therefore not a convenience feature but the prerequisite for steering in the rollout area to work at all.
