The order at the pharmacy counter: bundles, discounts and gross profit

How an order comes together during the conversation without conditions having to be corrected later.

5 min read

There is little time at the pharmacy counter, and every follow-up question after the visit costs trust. A good order therefore comes together during the conversation, with conditions that are right and a benefit the pharmacy can see.

Quickly to the right item list

  • Choose the order type: customer contact, stock-up or campaign; the list then shows only the matching items
  • "Same as last order" takes over the last order with one tap
  • Filter by product group, order history and goods class; when collapsed, sales columns from recent visits appear
  • Two quantities per item: from the factory and straight from the van, limited by van stock
Order entry. Items from the factory and from the van, cart with discounts and gross profit.

Conditions that are right

Promotions, volume discounts and bundles are calculated in the cart instantly, as are cash discounts, purchasing group terms and a shipping fee below the minimum order value. Where discounts are determined in the CRM, they first appear as "provisional" until the check confirms them. That way nothing is promised that will not apply later.

Showing the pharmacy's benefit

The cart shows the pharmacy's gross profit, clearly highlighted. Hints about thresholds and the annual agreement show how close a better result is. That is a stronger argument than any brochure.

And afterwards

The visit is wrapped up in five steps: goal, what happened, note, agreement with next visit and commitment. Order, analysis and presentation are already recorded automatically.
