Maintenance reports without paper
How the report is created during the job and the operator signs directly on the device.

In field service, the job is often done faster than the report. Readings are on a note, photos on the phone, the signature on a form. In the evening everything is typed up, and some details are still missing.
The report writes itself from the job
In SIMON, the report is created from what the technician records anyway: readings, replaced parts, photos and notes. At the end there is a complete report that the operator signs directly on the device.
Readings with comparison
During maintenance, SIMON shows the value from the last maintenance next to each reading. Anomalies are highlighted, and SIMON suggests a finding with the values it is based on. So the report shows not only what was measured but also what follows from it.
What the operator gets
- The signed report without waiting for the post
- In the operator portal, the appointment status and the data of their system with warranty and maintenance contract
- Fewer queries, because readings and findings are traceable
And even without network in the basement nothing is lost: SIMON stores on the device and syncs as soon as there is a connection again.
Create the report in the prototype
The boiler room prototype shows a complete job with fictitious data.
