Visit preparation in five minutes
What should be on screen before every pharmacy visit, and how SIMON puts it together.
4 min read
Good pharmacy visits are often decided before you walk in. If you know who is in today, what was agreed last time and which promotion fits right now, you need no warm-up time at the counter. The problem: this information is usually spread across several systems, notes and memory.
Everything about the next visit on one card
In SIMON, the next visit appears as a large card on the home screen. Four tabs bring together what matters for the conversation:
- Goal and points: the goal of the visit, the last agreement, open points and matters from the inbox
- On site: opening hours, when the owner is in, quiet times, parking and appointment notice status
- Sales: the right promotion with its reason, quantities ordered but not yet delivered, status of the target agreement
- Contacts: the people with their type and a conversation tip
Hints instead of searching
Alongside are the "hints for today": an unconfirmed appointment notice, a scheduling conflict in the route, an open order or a customer nearby who is due. Each hint takes you with one tap to where it gets done.
Five minutes are enough
Preparation does not mean reading everything. It means knowing the three things that make this conversation better: goal, open points and the right offer. SIMON reads out the rest in the car if you like.
